RENOVATED STAIRCASE

We completely renovated this staircase by resetting the pavers and improved grading to enhance both the appearance and durability of the walkway. The finished project provides a clean, polished look while creating a safer, more stable staircase down to their beach.

MAILBOX INSTALATION

The owner of this house wanted an upgraded mail box post that also added a hint of New Hampshire charm. We removed their old, standard mail box post (actual image not present), and installed a brand new granite post that elevate their curb appeal and gave their home some flare.

NEW WALKWAY INSTALL

We cut the old concrete and removed the entire walk way to make room for the new pavers and flower beds. We also installed two granite steps that not only look nice, but allows people to step out onto a platform from the door instead of immediately stepping down. The large granite step also hides a new irrigation system that will keep water runoff from ruining the new walkway. The new walk way is nice and seamless, leading people naturally to the two doorways.

RENOVATED LANDING STEP

This project included resetting the steps and the interior bricks, and re-leveling the ground for long-term stability. The owners had trouble with tripping over the uneven ground and almost falling from the loose steps. Now, their often use landing step is safe for them and their children.
